Equality North Carolina is now accepting applications, nominations, and recommendations for the position of Executive Director.

The new Executive Director of Equality NC will assume leadership an exciting and dynamic point in the organization's evolution as we look to refocus strategic, legislative, and programmatic priorities in the aftermath of the 2016 election and the post HB2 political landscape.

The position (and the existing political climate) require a smart, savvy, and dynamic leader with a deep understanding of intersectional social justice, and an ability to build inclusive coalitions and partnerships that represent the full diversity of North Carolina's LGBTQ community.
